- Serviceable Locations
Sansara Living currently offers delivery services across most locations within India.
We provide free standard shipping on eligible orders across India. However, deliveries to certain ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations may attract additional courier charges depending on the delivery destination.
At present, we do not offer direct international shipping through our website.
For remote, non-serviceable, or difficult-to-access pin codes, delivery timelines may be extended, or alternative shipping arrangements may be required. In such cases, our team will contact you with the available options before dispatch.

What is an ODA Location?
ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations are regions that fall outside the regular service network of courier companies. These areas are often remote, semi-rural, or require special delivery arrangements.
Additional Charges for ODA Deliveries
If your delivery address falls within an ODA zone, our logistics partner may levy an extra shipping fee. Any such charge will be communicated and confirmed with you before dispatching the order.
Wherever applicable, all additional charges will be disclosed transparently before processing your request.

Orders destined for ODA locations may require additional transit time beyond the standard delivery estimate.

Our delivery partners generally operate during the following hours:

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)
Deliveries are typically not scheduled on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise arranged by the logistics provider.
Occasionally, delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation delays
- Government restrictions
- Public disturbances or strikes
- Natural disasters and other force majeure events
In such situations, we appreciate your understanding and patience.
- Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor shipment movement and view the latest delivery updates from the courier partner.
- Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner may not be eligible for cancellation.
In exceptional situations where a cancellation request is approved after shipment:
- Applicable processing deductions may be applied.
- Payment gateway and transaction-related charges may be deducted.
- Return shipping expenses, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Once an order has been shipped, modifications may not be possible due to logistics limitations.

- The shipment appears complete and intact.
If significant damage to the outer packaging is observed, customers are advised to refuse delivery and immediately notify our support team so that appropriate assistance can be provided.
